Platelet Rich Plasma Services
AMS provides a "turn-key" platelet rich plasma (PRP) service to hospitals, clinics and physicians. We supply the disposables, hardware, and clinical expertise necessary to produce the best product possible for the physician to utilize in their effort to provide optimal care for their patients. Our protocols for blood component therapy comply with current American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) guidelines and set the standard for clinical programs across the country.
Stem Cell Concentrating/Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) Services
Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) is the next evolutionary step from platelet rich plasma (PRP) in the area of regenerative medicine. BMAC harvests the patient's bone marrow from the iliac crest in a surgical setting, concentrates the stem cells within the bone marrow and allows the physician to return the concentrated stem cells to the patient to provide unmatched autologous healing properties to the body.
AMS is the largest clinical service provider and exclusive distributor of the Harvest BMAC platform for the state of Wisconsin. We have some of the largest clinical experience with the technology and can work with you to bring this exciting new technology to your institution and patients.
Autotransfusion (sometimes referred to as cell salvage) is the collection and return of a patient's whole blood or blood components (i.e. - plasma, platelets, red blood cells) during a surgical procedure. Our comprehensive autotransfusion service can be tailored to meet your facilities needs. When AMS is used on an as needed basis, we are able to provide our customers and patients with a high level of care while eliminating the need to maintain product overhead and burden your staff with procedural competencies.
